FAQs
Our Personalized Fit Commitment means that we carefully refine your custom garment through the agreed fitting process. If reasonable fit adjustments are needed after completion, we will make them to achieve the approved fit and design. Major design changes or adjustments caused by changes in body measurements may involve an additional charge.
Prices vary depending on the garment, fabric, design, construction, and complexity of the work. Final pricing is confirmed after the garment is inspected or the custom order is discussed during a consultation.
We welcome you Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Appointments are recommended for a personalized experience. Walk-ins are welcome!
Most alterations and custom suits require one fitting after the initial measurements.
Custom evening gowns and bridal gowns may require additional fittings because of their design and complexity. If further adjustments are needed, we will schedule an additional fitting to refine the fit.

Some urgent alterations may be completed within 48 hours, and certain rush custom suits may sometimes be completed in approximately 3 weeks.
